Shredded Chicken
1.
The hand cakes I bought are frozen in the refrigerator for temporary serving. It is very simple. You don’t need to knead the dough. You can just take it out and put it in the pot. It is especially suitable for temporary guests at home. I always keep it.
2.
Wash and shred the chicken breast that you bought, add some cooking wine, light soy sauce, and starch to marinate. The taste is very tender.
3.
Wash the green pepper and shred, peel the onion, wash and shred.
4.
The hand cake is very thin, don't over defrost it, it is not easy to handle it completely, it is just right to take it out three to five minutes in advance.
5.
There is no need to add oil to the pan, and the oil of the hand cake is not small. Just put it in the pan and cook it. It is very simple, so frying this cake is absolutely zero failure.
6.
Then while the pan is hot, add a little bit of oil, slide in the chicken shreds and stir fry.
7.
The chicken shreds are discolored and pushed to the side. Saute the onion shreds and green pepper shreds. Combine them and stir-fry evenly. Add salt, pepper, and coriander to taste.
8.
Put the baked hand cakes on the plate, and smear the hot sauce that comes with the hand cakes (optional, you don’t need to wipe it). Add the shredded chicken that has just been fried, and it will be OK when rolled. It's super easy!
9.
Cut it when you eat it, or it can be packed in its own packaging bag, which is very convenient to eat by hand.
