Shredded Radish Omelette

Wash the radish first

Put a little salt in the shredded radish and marinate for 10 minutes

Tips:
1: Since the shredded radish has been pickled with salt, put less salt in the batter
2: Add water slowly, depending on the thinness of the batter, if you add too much water, you can add more flour
