Shrimp and Loofah Soup with Shredded Mustard

Ingredients: river prawns (washed), loofah (peeled, washed and cut open), shredded mustard

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add the cut loofah and shredded mustard and stir fry.

Next, combine the washed prawns and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Add appropriate amount of water and boil until cooked.
5.
Then, add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.
6.
Season to mix and serve.
