Shrimp and Shiitake Mushrooms

Shell the red shrimp, wash and set aside.

Wash and remove the stalks of fresh shiitake mushrooms and slice them.

Put the dried silk into boiling water and scald it.

Remove and drain the water and transfer to a deep dish.

Preheat the wok, pour the oil, add sliced shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.

After the shiitake mushrooms are sautéed, add appropriate amount of water.
7.
Add the shrimps.
8.
After boiling, add salt and pepper to taste.
9.
Pour the cooked shiitake mushroom and shrimp soup on the dried shreds and sprinkle some chopped green onion.
