Shrimp and Winter Melon Soup

Remove the shells of the shrimp. After removing the shrimp thread, use a little pepper, cooking wine, salt, and dry starch to pick up and marinate for a while;

Peel the wax gourd, wash and cut into pieces;

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and shallots and sauté until fragrant; (you can also boil the oil with shrimp heads),

Add the winter melon and fry the winter melon over medium heat, until the edges turn yellow and change color, about three minutes;

Add appropriate amount of water, turn to low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. The size of the cuts is different, the time is controlled by yourself, and the winter melon can be soft and ripe.

Add the shrimps and continue cooking on medium heat. When it boils again, add some salt to taste
