Shrimp Balls with Cheese and Mashed Potatoes
1.
Take two potatoes, peel and slice them, steam them in water, and chopsticks can be easily inserted.
2.
Using a rolling pin, poke the potato chips into mashed potatoes.
3.
Wash the black tiger prawns and wipe dry with kitchen paper.
4.
Squeeze the shrimp meat into a puree with the back of a knife, save the tail of the shrimp for later use.
5.
Mix the prawns and mashed potatoes well. You can add a little salt. The black tiger prawns have a salty taste, so you don’t need to add them.
6.
Take out the right amount of shredded cheese.
7.
Put the prawn meat into a ball the size of a ping-pong ball, and wrap it with shredded cheese. (I made seven)
8.
Insert shrimp tails on top for decoration.
9.
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
