Shrimp, Clams, Winter Melon Soup

Wash the clams, trim off the shrimp and remove the shrimp intestines, wash and set aside

Peel the winter melon and cut into small pieces, slice the ginger

Take out the soup pot, add an appropriate amount of water, then add 2 grams of seasonings and boil, add the ginger slices and winter melon and cook for about 5 minutes

Add the prawns and boil until boiling

Then add the clams and continue to cook until the mouth is opened, season with salt, and sprinkle with chopped green onion to serve.
Tips:
A simple summer soup, oil-free and healthier. Don't cut the winter melon too much, so the cooking time can be shorter.
Shrimp and clams must be fresh.
