Shrimp Hot Dry Noodle

Shrimp is cleaned.

Add a little salt to the egg mixture to beat, and dice the pepper.

Lay egg liquid and chili when the oil is hot.

Add shrimp on top of the egg mixture.

Flip and fry until cooked, serve and set aside.

Put another soup pot and wait for the water to boil and make the cake.

After the noodles are cooked, pour out the soup, add the seasoning packet (soy sauce, chili oil, sesame paste) and mix well.

Put the mixed noodles and fried shrimp on a plate, and you're done.
Tips:
Hot dry noodles are packaged (like instant noodles), and there is a seasoning bag inside. Just mix well after the noodles are cooked.
