Shrimp Oatmeal
1.
Put water that can soak the small rapeseed in the pot. After it is boiled, add the small rapeseed to blanch the water. (It is better to choose tender rapeseed or the heart of rapeseed for the baby)
2.
Chop the blanched rapeseed; peel the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, and chop into shrimp paste. The older one can eat it, or cut into small particles.
3.
Put the mashed shrimp in the pot and pour a small bowl of water.
4.
Use chopsticks to break up the mashed shrimp, then bring to a boil. (Pour the shrimp paste under cold water, if the shrimp paste is put under hot water, it will stick together)
5.
After the water is boiled, add 5 spoons of milk powder oatmeal and cook for 4 minutes (I use instant oatmeal, if you use other oatmeal, adjust the time appropriately)
6.
Add the chopped rapeseed before serving.
7.
Just mix the vegetables and porridge evenly!
