It's the first time to make rice rolls at home. I bought rice rolls mixed with rice rolls, which is easy to operate!

Shrimp Rice Noodles

1. Shell the prawns, peel off the shrimps to remove the intestines

2. Put the cleaned shrimp into a bowl, add some salt, cooking wine, white pepper, and chicken powder, mix well and marinate for a while

3. Prepared rice rolls

4. Take a bowl and pour an appropriate amount of premixed powder

5. Add appropriate amount of water, the instructions are pre-mixed powder: water ratio 1:2, the actual operation determines that it is too thick, you can add more water

6. Stir evenly into a ready-mixed powder paste

7. I use the baking pan, brush the pan with proper amount of oil

8. Boil water in a large pot

9. Pour in the right amount of premix

10. Add appropriate amount of prawns

11. Put the baking pan in the pot

12. Sprinkle a little green onion and steam for about 2 minutes

13. Steam until the shrimp meat changes color, the paste also becomes transparent and starts to bubble

14. Scrape and roll up from one side with a shovel

15. Loading

16. I used the claypot rice soy sauce, just drizzle it on

17. Began to eat

Tips:

The powder paste cannot be adjusted too thick. The powder: water ratio of 1:2 in the instruction feels a bit thick, so I used about 1:2.2 in the end
