Shuang Mushroom Fresh Vegetable Bacon Roll

6 bisporus mushrooms; 100 grams of Flammulina velutipes; 3 slices of bacon; 60 grams of cucumber; 60 grams of carrots; 4 slices of lettuce; one tablespoon of oil consumption; one tablespoon of starch; 60ml water; 5 grams each of ginger and garlic.

Tips:
1. Frying bacon rolls do not need to put water and oil, the oil of the bacon itself and the moisture of the enoki mushroom are enough, it is better to use a non-stick pan
2. This dish no longer needs additional oil, the fried bacon is useful and the fried mushrooms are just right
3. Bacon and oil consumption are both salty, so it is not necessary to add additional salt.
