Scrambled Eggs with Mushroom

1. Prepare all the ingredients and clean them

2. Sliced Agaricus bisporus and Pleurotus eryngii

3. Carrots and peppers are sliced separately

4. Beat the eggs, stir well, and pour into a non-stick pan
