Roast Leg of Lamb with Cumin

Wash one leg of lamb and wipe dry.

Use a knife to make a hole in the leg of lamb, add salt and marinate for more than 24 hours to taste.

Cumin powder, cumin grains, minced garlic and peanut oil.

Mix together.

Spread tin foil on the baking tray, shred the onion and slice garlic on the tin foil.

Spread the mixed seasoning evenly on the marinated leg of lamb, spread it all over, and place it on top of the onions in the baking dish.

Spread the remaining shredded onion and garlic slices on top of the lamb leg.

Wrap the leg of lamb tightly with tin foil.

Put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for an hour.

Take apart the tin foil and remove the softened onions.

Then prepare the seasoning for brushing the leg of lamb, honey and dark soy sauce, add a little peanut oil and mix well.

Prepare another baking tray, wash all the prepared vegetables into small pieces and spread them on the baking tray.

Put the grill on top of the vegetables in the roasting pan, brush the leg of lamb with the seasoning just now, and put it on the grill.

Put it into the oven again and bake for 30 minutes.

Take it out and brush the seasoning again, flip it underneath, and bake for another 30 minutes.

The roasted lamb leg is tender on the outside and very fragrant.
Tips:
The leg of lamb is super large, so wrap it in tin foil and bake it to avoid unripeness.
