Shuangwei Guiling Paste (yogurt + Mango)

Mix the Guiling paste powder and water well. If you are afraid of lumps, you can sift it down. Or use a bowl to mix well and then pour it into a small pot. There will be agglomerates at the bottom if not uniform

Heat and stir in a small pot with a small pot, turn off the heat until it boils. Then continue to stir and let it cool down as quickly as possible. Transfer to a large bowl and put in the refrigerator. If there are bubbles on the surface, use a spoon to remove it

This is what I left from making popsicles. One is mango puree and the other is yogurt. I use condensed milk to adjust the sweetness.

After three hours, take out the finished product
