4. When the agar inside is completely melted and boiled, you can turn off the heat and let it cool naturally. After cooling, put it in a container, seal it well, and put it in the refrigerator to make almond tofu.

5. Wash the mangoes, peel them and cut them into small cubes, put them in a bowl, and add the soaked goji berries

6. Cover the cutting board with a layer of plastic wrap, and then dice the almond tofu in the refrigerator

7. Put the cut almond tofu into a bowl and add sugar water.
