Prepare ingredients: wash roasted coffee beans and set aside;

Grind coffee beans into the size of granulated sugar; prepare coconut milk powder;

Pour coconut milk powder into a cup, add 170cc of boiling water, stir well and set aside;

Pour the coffee powder into the French press pot;

Pour in 350cc of boiling water, gently stir the coffee 5-10 times with a spoon, try not to touch the wall of the pot;

Close the lid, do not press down the lever, wait for 90 seconds;
7.
After 90 seconds, slowly press down the pressure rod to filter, don't use too much force;
8.
Pour coffee into the coffee cup;
9.
Pour in coconut milk and add sugar cubes.
Tips:
1. The serving is for 2 persons;
2. Before using French press pots and coffee cups, blanch them with boiling water;
3. The temperature of boiling water cannot be 100 degrees Celsius, and boiling water at 85-95 degrees Celsius is more appropriate;
