Silver Almond Tofu (pudding)

Soak silver almonds in hot water

Stripped off

Put it in the food processor and add 250ml of water

Beat the almonds into a sauce

Strain the almond paste

Pour the filtered almond paste into a non-stick pan, and add about 200 ml of water;

Stir while cooking, I used a silicone stirring spatula to help

Add all the pudding powder after boiling

Stir while boiling until it boils

Pour into the mold to cool slightly and put it into the refrigerator. After being refrigerated for three hours, it is ready to be taken out. The first picture below was taken out in the afternoon. Cut the glass lunch box into a square and pour out to eat. The last two were taken after dinner
Tips:
1. Silver almonds are only called almonds in the local dialect, but they are actually two ingredients with almonds. It is easier to remove the coat after soaking in hot water.
2. Be sure to stir while cooking to avoid sticking the pot.
