Simmered Radish Skins

1. Wash the radish and peel off the radish to make the outer skin.

2. Then peel off the radish skins and use a razor blade to form into pieces of appropriate size.

3. Put it in a large bowl, add salt and stir well and marinate for 20 minutes.

4. Drain the marinated water and add the vinegar chicken essence.

5. Put oil in the pot and saute the pepper and chili.

6. While it is hot, add the pepper oil into the radish skin and stir evenly.
