Simple and Delicious Mochi Buns

Prepare the ingredients, 200g mochi powder (I used Lan Dai), 40g butter, 90-100g milk, appropriate amount of sesame seeds (increased or decreased according to personal taste), and 1 egg.

Melt the butter in water while mixing the remaining ingredients.

When adding milk, add it bit by bit. According to the dry humidity of the flour, add the butter. After adding the butter, knead the butter completely into the flour.

After kneading evenly, put the dough on the cling film for 20 minutes, this step cannot be omitted.

When the time is up, preheat the oven at 160 degrees for 10 minutes, and then divide the dough into even small doughs. I am about 40 grams of dough. Place them directly on the baking tray.

Put it in the oven at 150 degrees for 25 minutes. The time is up, let me be bored for 2 minutes before it's out.
Tips:
1 If you like sweetness, you can add additional sugar. I didn't add it. The taste is pretty good.
2 After kneading the dough, it must be left for 20 minutes.
3 The oven temperature can be controlled according to your own temperature.
