Simple Baked Rice Cake
1.
Prepare the ingredients, such as glutinous rice flour, milk, butter, baking powder, vegetable oil, etc. (If you are overseas, glutinous rice flour can be bought directly from Chinese supermarkets)
2.
Put the weighed glutinous rice flour into a glass bowl, add baking powder, and mix well.
3.
Melt butter in the microwave (about 35 seconds)
4.
Pour the eggs, butter, vegetable oil, milk, and sugar into the well-mixed glutinous rice flour. Use a whisk at low speed to stir evenly to form a paste. (If you want to make a different flavor, you can replace the milk with coconut milk, almond milk, etc.)
5.
Put a layer of tin foil in the baking pan, brush a layer of oil, grab a handful of flour and sprinkle into the baking pan (for easy demoulding)
6.
Pour the paste into the baking tray, turn on the oven, and bake at about 190 degrees for about 45 minutes. You can turn on the oven midway to check the color
7.
Bake until golden brown, with crispy skin on the surface
8.
Let it cool for a while and cut into pieces with a knife.
9.
Enjoy it, it has a buttery scent and is soft in the mouth
