Simple Healthy Pumpkin Sticky Rice Cake

Wash the red beans and squeeze them in a pressure cooker.

Add white sugar and mix well to make red bean paste, set aside.

The pumpkin is steamed softly in water.

Mix the glutinous rice flour and wheat starch, stir into the pumpkin puree, without adding a drop of water, knead the dough while adding the pumpkin puree.

Knead into a dough.

Divide the mixed dough into several doses, wrap the fillings like glutinous rice balls, round and flatten them slightly.

Put it in a rice cooker lined with a cloth and steam for 7-8 minutes. After steaming, sprinkle some coconut on the surface.
Tips:
When kneading the dough, without adding a drop of water, add pumpkin puree to the flour and knead the dough while adding pumpkin puree.
