Simple Homemade Yogurt
1.
The raw materials are simple, and the method is very simple. One bag of yogurt powder, three and a half bottles of fresh milk (there are half a bottle that hasn’t been photographed), sugar and cream (no, no, add 1kg of fresh sour milk). The taste with cream is more mellow, and the taste without cream is refreshing.
2.
The tools used must be disinfected first. The easiest way is to scald it with boiling water several times. If you have a disinfection cabinet at home, you can use a disinfection cabinet. Mix 900g of milk with 100g of cream, then add 40g of sugar. If the sugar does not melt, you can make a pot with hot water underneath. Add more sugar. Or sour. Remove the hot water basin, wait for the milk to cool slightly, add the bacteria powder and mix well.
3.
Pour it into the bucket of the bread machine. My bread machine is not very big. So if you fill it first and put it into the bread machine, you can't put it down. So I do the filling, it doesn't affect the shape of the yogurt very much. When I put it in the bread machine and select the yogurt function, it takes 8 hours for my bread machine. I have also seen on the forum that the fermentation function of the oven is used to make yogurt, and it is also very successful.

When you want to eat it, it is a good choice to mix it with fruit jam or honey. I mix homemade strawberry jam. Mei wanted to try a thinner yogurt this time, and it took seven hours to take it out. It can be filled in a pudding bottle and placed in the refrigerator, which is pretty awesome.
5.
Because I wanted to try the thinner yogurt, I didn't ferment it for that long, and it was much thicker than the one I bought outside. If you want to drink old yogurt, you can let it ferment for 8 hours. When it is taken out, it is semi-solidified.

Isn’t this tempting for breakfast or afternoon tea? If you don’t want to gain weight, you can mix it with yogurt and salad.
