Simple Version of Candied Haws
1.
Soak hawthorn in baking soda for 5 minutes
2.
Prepare all the ingredients and break the rock sugar (small rock sugar can also be used, no trouble)
3.
Wash the hawthorn to remove the stalks and string to clean the water droplets
4.
Pour rock sugar into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water (just over the rock sugar) and stir in a circular motion until the rock sugar melts
5.
Don't move after it melts, general observation
6.
You can use 2 chopsticks to pull out the silk when you boil the rock candy.
7.
Turn off the heat, and quickly put the hawthorns down and spin in a circle, you need speed, otherwise it will end at once.
8.
Hawthorn dipped in rock sugar should be placed on a plate with a small amount of water so that it will not stick to the plate!
9.
Isn't it pretty? I finally ate candied haws, so touched!
