Simple Version of Egg Tart

Mix pure milk + whipped cream + granulated sugar, heat on low heat and stir until the sugar melts, add the beaten egg and mix well. Pour the prepared egg tart liquid into the tart crust and fill it eighth full.

Preheat the oven in advance, and bake the upper and lower tubes at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.

The surface of the egg tarts is burnt and ready to be made!
