Simple Version of Hot and Sour Trotters

To prepare the ingredients, remove the boiled pig's forefoot and cut into pieces, not too small or too big, soak it in clean water for a while.

Clean the pig's front hooves, put it in a special microwave oven, pour about 347 grams of clean water, put it in the microwave oven, high heat for 8-10 minutes, adjust the time according to the actual situation.

Take out the cooked pig's hoof, pour out the juice, soak it for a while in 550ml of ice water that can be directly drinkable, wash it well, and then drain the water for later use.

To make hot and sour sauce, take a small milk pot and pour in the spicy spicy seasoning, rice vinegar, and peanut oil.

Start with a medium-low heat and stir fry while cooking.

Tips:
1. Choosing the front end of the pig's hoof to make the cold salad is more delicious and crisp.
2. The seasoning of Mala Tang contains pepper, dried chili, seasoning, etc. If you don't like too spicy, you can reduce it as appropriate.
3. Without a microwave oven, you can use a pressure cooker or an ordinary pot to simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour, then add ice water.
4. If you like the refreshing taste, you can refrigerate it before eating.
