Simple Version of Sauerkraut Pansa

1. Pangasius is quick-frozen and naturally thawed directly from the supermarket.

2. Put the sauerkraut in a pot and stir fry until fragrant

3. After sauteing the sauerkraut, add 600ML of water and the soaked vermicelli to boil

4. After the water is boiled, add the thawed pangasius until the water boils again, seasoning and adding salt and MSG to the pan
