Simple Version【smooth Tofu Flower】

Soak well-balanced 300 grams of soybeans, appropriate amount of brown sugar, 15 grams of isinglass powder.

Put the soybeans in a blender and pour half of the water.

Break it into pieces.

Add the other half of the water and stir well.
5.
Pour out into the cloth bag and squeeze the soybean water into the pot, leaving the bean dregs in the bag.

Add the isinglass powder, mix well, boil slowly over high heat. (Mix it occasionally)

Leave the fire and let it cool.

After cooling, strain it into a bowl or lunch box, cover it and put it in the refrigerator overnight. (It must be iced for more time, don’t be like me)

Brown sugar (some people call it brown sugar or brown sugar) add a proper amount of warm water and mix to dissolve it.

Take the tofu flower out of the refrigerator and tear off the crusty layer on its surface.

Use a large spoon to scoop out the required amount into a small bowl, drizzle with some brown sugar water and it's OK!
