Soy Bean Sauce

Chop the red pepper that you bought, and cut it a bit smaller than this picture. Remember to buy hot peppers, do not wash them with water, just apply them with a clean rag, whoever will let them go soon.

Chop the ginger garlic.

Put the sliced ginger and garlic into the chili and stir, then put the soy sauce into the mixed chili, and mix the sugar and salt evenly.

Put the stirred soybean paste in a jar, cover it and put it in the refrigerator for two to three days before eating.

Remember to wear disposable gloves when cutting peppers to avoid irritating hands.
