Tofu is high in protein and low in fat. It is the favorite of my family. The taste of Hunanese is relatively heavy. The cooking is particular about the color and fragrance. Add some tempeh, and it will be delicious when you look red. In fact, you don’t need to care about what is authentic or not. Family likes to eat, it is the most authentic.

Spicy Tofu

1. Cut the tofu into granules and prepare the other side dishes

2. Boil a pot of water, pour the tofu cubes in and blanch for a few minutes, remove and drain the water

3. Heat the oil pan, fry the green and red pepper fragrant, pour the yellow tempeh in, fry the fragrant flavor

4. Pour a little water along the side of the pot and bring to a boil

5. Pour in the blanched tofu cubes, stir-fry a few times, and evenly coat with the sauce

6. Pour in water starch, bring a few to a boil

Tips:

1. Don't cut the tofu particles too large.
2. Changing the bean paste to Lao Gan Ma is a spicy taste. Change it as you like.
