Simplified Carrot Fish
1.
You can use that kind of marinated white radish. For simplicity, I used green radish, cut it and marinate it with some sour soup.
2.
Sliced fish, add some cooking wine and pepper. Beat another egg white and grab it evenly. Add some salt if it tastes heavier!
3.
Once the radish is marinated, the grass carp can be washed and sliced. Put the oil in the pot to heat up, put the fish head and fish bones.
4.
Fry both sides and put in the water until the fish head is over!
5.
Add sour soup seasoning to the pot, you can adjust the amount according to your taste!
6.
After adding the seasoning, bring to a boil and then add the radish.
7.
Boil for about 5 minutes to remove the radish and fish bones and serve them on a plate.
8.
Bring the remaining soup to a boil and add the fish fillets. It can be cooked in less than 1 minute!
9.
Put the chives, garlic, white sesame, and pepper on top. Heat oil in the pot and splash the oil over. It's very fragrant in an instant!

good to eat.
Tips:
1. The sour soup seasoning itself is a bit spicy, friends who can eat spicy can cut some pickled peppers and put them in the pickled radishes!
