Skin Jelly

About 300g of pig skin, wash the water and boil it, put it in a pot and cook for about 10 minutes to remove the remaining pig hair on the shaved pig skin

All the pigskins are cut into thin strips and rubbed repeatedly in cold water to wash the remaining lard on the pigskin. There is no obvious oil on the surface. Then add twice the water of the pigskin and boil over high heat

Boil pork rind until turned over

When turning it over, skim off the white momomomo on the surface and cook it on a low heat for an hour.

One hour later, pour the boiled semi-finished skin jelly into a container and let it cool before putting it in the refrigerator. The delicious skin jelly is finished.

When eating, cut the skin into small pieces with a knife and pour into the garlic sauce. It is really a must-have cold dish for the Chinese New Year.
Tips:
1. Pig skin can be bought at the supermarket or vegetable farm butcher stall
2. If there is too much pig hair, you can pour a little high wine into the bottom of the plate and burn it with a lighter to remove the pig hair.
