Today, I used these two ingredients to stir-fry sword beans and sliced pork. I also added some bamboo shoots. It is spicy and refreshing. The fermented tempeh has a sweet and special taste. It is even more fragrant when fried together with the taste of chili, of course. You can eat more rice in your dishes.

1. Prepare the raw materials; add appropriate amount of salt, cornstarch, cooking wine and soy sauce to the meat slices, stir well and marinate for ten minutes

2. Boil the bamboo shoots in a pot under cold water; then put the whole canavali beans in boiling water with a small amount of salt and oil and cook for two minutes

3. Heat up the pan, add appropriate amount of oil, add tempeh sauce, red pepper, garlic cloves and stir fry; saute the seasonings, add the marinated meat and stir fry together

4. Stir the meat slices until they change color; add the blanched beans and break them into segments

5. Then add the blanched bamboo shoots; stir fry together, you can add a small amount of water to further ripen the beans

6. Add salt and pepper to taste before starting the pan; stir-fry evenly and transfer to the plate
