Stir-fried Beans with Carrots

Wash carrots, peeled and shredded

Remove and wash both ends of the beans
3.
cut to shreds
4.
Heat a little oil in the pot
5.
Pour in the green beans and stir fry for a while

Add carrot shreds and stir fry
7.
Add salt to taste
8.
Add light soy sauce and stir well
9.
Add a little water, cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes.
Tips:
You don’t need much oil in the pot, because it is shredded. Finally, add a little water to the pot and simmer for a while. The beans will be cooked. If the taste is heavy, you can add some chili sauce or bean paste.
