Small Bread
1.
300g high powder + 50g milk powder + 30g soft white sugar + 2g salt and mix well + 30g lard (knead evenly); 4g yeast powder + 60g warm water for fermentation; 10g honey + 1 egg mix well (leave 10g honey egg liquid), Add the remaining honey and egg liquid into the yeast warm water, then add 10g corn oil and mix well, slowly add the yeast water to the flour, knead the dough, then add 5g corn oil and knead into the dough, ferment to 2.5 times the size of the dough, knead Make bubbles, divide into 9 small doughs, seal with plastic wrap, let stand for 40 minutes, brush with honey and egg liquid, scatter white sesame seeds, and brush with egg liquid again
2.
Put it in the preheated oven, 180 degrees for 15 minutes (upper and lower levels), if the color is too light, add another 5 minutes, depending on your own oven.
3.
Take out and let cool
4.
It takes about three hours for all to bake, mainly because of the long fermentation time (you can put a pot of warm water in the oven and the dough on the warm water basin, so that the fermentation is fast, and you can’t use too hot water)
Tips:
60g of warm water may be dry. I use a lot of eggs and egg liquid, so I use less water. It depends on the specific situation. Normally knead the dough. If it is too dry, you can add a little water.
