Small Hemp Ball

Prepare ingredients

250 grams of glutinous rice flour, add 20 grams of sugar, stir with boiling water to form a flocculent

Knead into a smooth dough, not too dry

Knead it into rounds and wrap it with a layer of white sesame seeds.

Do them in order (I am a handicapped party, and I do them in different sizes 😀)

Pour the bottom oil in the pot and heat it to 50%. Change to medium and small fire and fry the balls

To be finalized, lightly press several times with a colander or spoon

All the balls will float up and become bigger and can be eaten out of the pot to control oil
