Small Squid

Wash, cut into circles, and drain the water.

Heat the pan with cold oil, heat the oil, pour in the fresh squid, and fry on high heat for 3-5 minutes. Even slightly browned.

No need to add any condiments. The original umami flavor of the small fresh squid is already very good.
Tips:
The pot must be boiled and heated first, buy the fresh squid and scrape off the coat with a knife, take out the dirt in the squid, rinse it, and then cut the circle. Be sure to drain the water before serving. If time is too late, you can use kitchen paper to wipe dry the water, otherwise the lower pan will be burned by the splashing oil. If you don't want to be too hot, the time can be shorter, and the squid will be slightly browned. The picture above will look pretty.
