Small Whitebait with Green Onion
1.
Rinse the whitebait with warm water and squeeze the water
2.
Cut the shallots diagonally into shreds
3.
Put the small whitebait and green onion in a clean basin, add the very fresh soy sauce
4.
Add vinegar
5.
Add oyster sauce and mix well
Tips:
The whitebait is originally salty, so there is no need to add salt when mixing it.
