Wash the fish tail and cut a knife.
3.

4.
Add salt and shallots and pickle for about 1 hour.
5.
After pickling and tasting, wrap the tail fin with tin foil. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of spicy fried powder.
6.
Heat the iron pan, put in the grilling net, and then put the fish tail.
7.
Sprinkle the spicy fried powder quickly.
8.
Cover and grill.
9.
Bake until browned and turn over.
10.
Sprinkle in an appropriate amount of fried powder, cover and continue to smoke.
11.
Turn off the heat when it is browned and turn off the pan and serve.
12.
Remove the tin foil and serve immediately.
Tips:
1. If you want to taste it, pickle it for a longer time. If the time is short, you can add a little more salt, but this method has a strong surface taste and no taste inside.
2. Be optimistic about the heat when smoking and roasting. My roasted one has a big fire. It doesn't look good.
