This is an ultra-easy recipe [fresh milk snowflake cake], which is different from other general snowflake cakes. The simple version is really super simple, but the taste is the same. It is a panna cotta dessert that children like very much. Oh! ^-^"

Smooth and Soft Glutinous [fresh Milk Snowflake Cake]

1. Material drawing.

2. Pour fresh milk into a small pot, add sugar and isinglass powder when it is slightly hot.

3. Pour in the coconut milk and whipped cream, and stir in the same direction with low heat.

4. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly mixed and the soup thickens, then set aside to cool off the fire.

5. The bento box is wrapped with a layer of plastic wrap. (To make it easier to take out the bento box)

6. Filter the cooled snow cake into a bento box with a sieve, and chill it in the refrigerator for 1,2 hours.

7. After demoulding, remove the plastic wrap and cut into squares of appropriate size.

8. Roll on a layer of shredded dried coconut, or peanut flour, soy flour you like.
