Snacks Grapefruit Peel
1.
Cut grapefruit peel into strips
2.
Add water to boil the grapefruit peel, pour out the water after 3 minutes, add water to boil, pour out the water, repeat 3-4 times
3.
Pour the boiled grapefruit into cold water, squeeze it out and weigh it. The amount of rock sugar is twice the grapefruit peel, and the amount of water is half of the grapefruit peel. Put it into the rice cooker, press the cooking button, and cook until the rice cooker jumps to the insulation button.
4.
Place the grapefruit peel on the grilling net, put it in the oven at 150 degrees, and bake it until the moisture is dry and the surface is hoar-frost.
What I make is relatively dry, easy to preserve, and does not stick to your hands when eating. If you like soft and waxy, roast until the grapefruit is white and transparent.
