Snow Cake

White sugar, milk powder, warm boiled water and mix well

Corn starch, add water and mix well

Put the milk pot on the stove and bring it to a boil. Slowly add cornstarch juice, keep stirring until it is translucent, then turn off the heat. Adjust the isinglass with ice water, then heat it in water to melt, add it to the corn paste and stir evenly
