Snow Flakes (snow Q Cake)

Prepare the materials

Mix the dried fruit and nuts, then break the biscuits and mix

Prepare a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, pour the butter in to melt

Pour the marshmallows into the pot, and keep stirring when it starts to melt. Heat for a longer time, the finished product is hard (choose hard or soft)

Pour the milk powder into the melted marshmallows and stir evenly

Pour the mixed biscuits into the pot and stir
7.
Pour it into the enrollment cook beef pan while it’s hot, and start shaping

The front face is well shaped, turn it over and continue shaping (if the biscuits are crispy, crumbs will appear)

Prepare another 10 grams of milk powder and evenly sprinkle it on the shaped snow flakes. Sprinkle on both sides

After cooling slightly, cut into the size you like
Tips:
Choose the biscuits not to be too crispy. The finished product will have a lot of crumbs. The melted marshmallows need a low heat. Don’t heat it for too long. When cutting the finished product, be careful with a knife.
