Snowflake Winter Melon

1. Prepare the right amount of vegetables according to the number of people

2. Carrots are cut into small cubes, blanched, then picked up and set aside

3. Cut winter melon into large slices and steam them in a steamer

4. 4 tsp dried starch, some vegetarian MSG, a little pepper

5. Add appropriate amount of water and mix well

6. 1 tablespoon oil, stir fry winter melon slices, add some salt

7. Put winter melon on a plate and set aside some carrots in the middle of the plate

8. 1 tbsp oil, stir fry remaining diced carrots

9. Add lactone tofu and stir fry

10. Put in the prepared starch water, mix well and you can start the pot
