Snowflakes
1.
Prepare marshmallows, butter, milk powder, crushed peanuts, dried cranberries, and small biscuits; you can use half of the amount for the first time.
2.
A non-stick wok is a must. Melt the butter after heating.
3.
Put the marshmallows in the pot, fry them over high heat and turn to medium heat.
4.
Put the milk powder into the pot and stir-fry quickly evenly.
5.
Pour crushed peanuts, dried cranberries, and small biscuits into the pot and stir quickly; because the amount is large, it is not easy to stir evenly, you can turn off the heat and start directly.
6.
Pour all the ingredients on a clean table, put on disposable baking gloves, and knead the ingredients evenly.
7.
Put the sugar ball into the nougat mold and roll it flat and compact.
8.
Let it dry for a while, and buckle the sugar ball upside down on the chopping board. There are marks on the mold, and you can cut into pieces according to the marks.
9.
When it is warm, it can be cut into small pieces with a sharp knife.
10.
Sift an appropriate amount of milk powder onto the sugar cubes to create a snowflake effect.
Tips:
When frying sugar with milk powder and dried fruits, the action should be done in one go, and an easy-to-use non-stick pan and high-temperature silicone spatula can do twice the result with half the effort; the sugar mass can be cut into pieces when it is warm, don't wait until it is completely cooled. It will be very hard and not easy to cut into shape.
