I bought a moon cake mold and only made it once. I have long been attracted to snowy mooncakes, and I have always wanted to try it. There is no snowy powder. This recipe uses glutinous rice flour and rice flour.

Snowy Mooncake

4. Pumpkin puree into 30g dough

5. Wrap into a round shape, sprinkle cooked glutinous rice flour, put it into the powdered moon cake mold, press and shape

6. I added matcha powder and pumpkin puree, it's colorful

Tips:

The use of corn oil in the snow skin ingredients will not make the snow skin moon cakes look yellow.
