Snowy Mooncake

First mix 20g of sugar, 15ml of oil, and 100ml of milk.

Pour 25g glutinous rice flour, 25g sticky rice flour, 15g orange flour into the stirred milk, and stir evenly with a whisk

Beat the red dragon fruit into juice, mix it with the remaining milk, sugar, and oil, and mix well

Add the remaining three powders and mix them evenly with a whisk!

Steam the two well-stirred batters in a pot for 25 minutes,

Use chopsticks to stir the steamed batter with chopsticks and let it cool

When cooling the noodles, wrap the egg yolk with white kidney bean paste and set aside

Knead the cooled batter into two smooth doughs

Dip the cooked flour with your hands and roll the dough into a strip

After dividing into small parts, press it with your hands to make it into a dough, put in the fillings, and wrap the fillings

You can also use half of the red face lotion and half of the colored skin to make it more beautiful!

Finally, put it in the mold for embossing and it's ready to eat!
Tips:
The batter must be stirred evenly before it can be steamed. The kneaded noodles will be more delicate after steaming, otherwise there will be hard bumps. Be sure to cool before kneading the noodles. A small amount of cooked powder should be added to make it easier to demould!
