Prepare the ingredients and utensils for making snowy mooncakes.

Tips:
After the snow skin is steamed, it should be completely cooled before filling, otherwise it will stick to your hands. It is normal for the snowy skin to be slightly sticky after cooling, and it can be solved by putting a proper amount of cake powder on your hands. If it is still very sticky after cooling, it may be that the bowl is not covered with plastic wrap when it is steaming and the water content may be too large, or the ice skin may not be fully steamed and it may become sticky.
