Soak Radish and Stir-fried Pigeon Gizzards

1. Get ready for pigeon gizzards.

2. Prepare green peppers, chopped peppers, yellow pickled peppers and pickled radishes.

3. Wash pigeon gizzards and cut into thin slices.

4. Cut radish, green pepper, ginger, garlic, etc. into small pieces.

5. Mix the pigeon gizzards with light soy sauce and starch for later use.

6. Heat oil in a pot and sauté ginger and garlic.

7. Pour into the pigeon gizzards, slid and scatter, and set aside.

8. Pour the green peppers.

9. Pour the soaked radish.

10. Pour in steamed fish soy sauce.

11. Pour in chopped peppers and pickled peppers and stir well.
