Soba Noodle Black Sesame Hair Cake
1.
150 grams of soba noodles, 150 grams of ordinary flour, 1 egg, and 180 ml of fresh milk.
2.
Put all the ingredients in the bowl, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 3 grams of yeast.
3.
Stir evenly to ferment.
4.
Fermentation is ready in about two hours. Stir it.
5.
Get a vegetable washing basin (steel basin with small eyes) and spread a non-woven steamer cloth (soaked in water and oil) on top of the batter, or put it directly on the steamer cloth. The hand sticks water and pats it and it goes flat.
6.
Put it in a steamer, put cold water underneath, and sprinkle some cooked black sesame seeds on the batter. The second fermentation is half an hour.
7.
After serving for two and a half hours, ignite the cake to evaporate, and steam for another half hour after boiling. Open the lid two minutes after turning off the flame.
8.
It is easy to take out, and a thinner knife can be wiped clean without being cold.
9.
See if there is appetite or not.
