Soba Noodle Omelette

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, first cook the buckwheat noodles. When cooking the noodles, you need to add cold water once in the middle so that the noodles can be cooked without hard cores. Drain the water after cooking.

Take an egg and beat it in a bowl without adding salt.

Dice ham, chopped green onion and set aside,

Tips:
1. If you don't have a sandwich maker or use a pan at home to fry, be careful not to fry for too long. The egg will be formed. If the egg is fried for too long, the texture and taste will be affected.
